The Gorges du Verdon are bursting with activities—many of which are easy to miss if you don’t know where to look. While the internet is full of recommendations, nothing beats local insight. As natives of the village of Aiguines, we’re happy to share a selection of unmissable experiences to help you make the most of your stay. To start, one of the best ways to soak in the beauty of the canyon is obviously to rent a pedal boat in the Verdon Gorges. It’s a peaceful and unforgettable way to glide through the emerald waters beneath towering limestone cliffs—ideal for families and nature lovers alike.
