We offer 2 different types of pedal boat, all of which can carry up to 5 people. The first model has seats in the direction of travel, while the second model has more legroom and back-to-back seats. Sunshades are available for both types to protect you from the sun.

We allow you to make a reservation up to one week before your departure. Available slots are shown on our booking page. The reservation is validated when you receive the confirmation email.

We’re open every day from 10am to 5pm in the off-season, i.e. May, June and September. During the high season, in July and August, we extend our opening hours from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Our rates vary according to the type of pedal boat and the period of your visit:
 
20 € for 1 hour of pedal boat and 25 euros for 1 hour of pedal boat with parasol in low season.
25 € for 1 hour of pedal boat and 30 euros for 1 hour of pedal boat with sunshade in July and August, the high season.

Yes, we accept credit cards and cash on site. Please note that the GPRS network for credit cards is sometimes capricious, making payment by this means impossible.

Yes, regulations require the use of a life jacket for children under 18. We provide life jackets for all ages and sizes at no extra charge. There is no minimum age for pedal boats. Babies can board in their carry cribs.

Yes, dogs are welcome aboard our pedal boats, we kindly ask that they keep supervised and that you respect other lake users, and also by picking up their organic wastes.Bring a towel to make your pet more comfortable.

The minimum rental period is one hour, allowing you to visit a part of the canyon.

In the event of inclement weather (thunderstorms, strong winds, etc.), we may have to suspend rental for safety reasons. Our priority is the safety of our visitors, and the wind is sometimes more notorious in the canyon than on the beach. On days when the mistral wind is blowing, the return trip to the base on the lake takes longer, requiring an extra effort to keep to your rental time.

Our base is located at Pont du Galetas, at the entrance to the Verdon canyon. We have a trailer and a red truck, which make it easy to find us. Directions and a map are available on our contact page. You can also use this link: Google maps.

Yes, it is important to follow the safety instructions provided before departure, to stay within the authorized navigable zones, and to respect other lake users. Please do not throw garbage into the water, and respect the environment. Loudspeakers playing music are not permitted in the Verdon Nature Park, to avoid harming protected wildlife and to keep the area as quiet as possible.

We only offer pedalos for hire. If you’re looking for canoes, kayaks or electric boats, Galetas beach has a total of 8 rental outlets for all types of craft.
